Let’s dive into today’s episode. Today’s episode is super bite sized and is going to take you behind the scenes of something that has worked a treat in one of my recent launches, which is the founding member launch of Retention Lab back in May, 2025. Retention
in general, is such an abstract concept, right? So people, you and I, we all know that retention is really good for your business and super important for your continued ongoing business growth. But it’s absolutely intangible and a fluffy concept until you can put real dollar values, real numbers against this thing called retention.
So for my founding member launch to be a success because my membership is called Retention Lab, I knew that it was really important for people to see just how impactful increasing your retention within your business can be for your bottom line in the long run. So while I obviously can tell you and the other people on my email list and listening to my podcast
that people buying from you more frequently for longer periods of time and people spending more is going to be great for your bottom line. You might not necessarily know what that means within your context. So I wanted to come up with a way for people to experience the real impact of retention based on your offer,
