Wonder how you can have REAL impact in 2025 & beyond?
The Customer Retention Architect who obsesses over your sales ecosystem so it makes your people buy...
on autopilot & on repeat!

Chloe Watts is the Founder of revolutionary memory book business Blueberry Co.
She’s taken the world by storm with her lovingly illustrated and monochrome take on preserving your memories for the future. All while giving you permission to dust off your creativity and grab your favourite pens or markers.
What started with baby memory books has quickly taken on a life of its own with her ever-growing range of products for all defining moments in life.
Chloe’s incredible products were selling well, but she knew there was more potential to uncover.
She wanted someone who took the time to get to know her, her business and the products that had scored her wholesale deals and countless business awards.
What she had in mind was a cohesive lineup of product descriptions that were somewhat tongue-in-cheek, would lead with the benefits and ultimately paint an emotional picture of what’s possible.
I’ve always loved craft and DIY.

So when Chloe from approached me to write new product descriptions for her super clever colour-me-in memory books, we had a match made in heaven.
Everything kicked off with a strategy session to make sure we’re on the same page before I got stuck into keyword research and SEO-optimised copy. Because, let’s face it, the best product descriptions won’t do the trick if they don’t get in front of the right audience.
We’ve teamed up several times since our first project and I’ve loved seeing Chloe’s brand grow and evolve over the years. With my copy by her side.
